ABOUT THE PROGRAM

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Kosovo Improvement Through Education (KITE) program aims to facilitate short- to medium-term improvements in business and NGO performance to offset the impact of the global financial crisis. These improvements will be a direct result of targeted, specific, and individualized trainings for staff members from Kosovar business and NGOs. The ultimate goal of the KITE program is to provide businesses and NGOs with the tools necessary to successfully grow their businesses, increase the quality and quantity of services/products provided, and increase their workforce.

 

Programs will be directed toward helping businesses and NGOs to upgrade their management and technical capacities with the goal of enhancing competitiveness and creating more jobs.
